Regional Events Deliver Year-round Fun in Bradenton Area
The Bradenton Area’s event calendar is filled year-round with activities to please everyone from arts enthusiasts to blues fans to seafood lovers.
The Ringling International Arts Festival, presented annually in October on the grounds of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art since 2009, attracts visual and performing artists and audiences from around the world every fall. The two-day Cortez Seafood Festival attracts thousands to experience life and great seafood in a working fishing village. The annual Manatee County Fair pleases children and adults alike.

The Anna Maria Island Art League’s annual Winterfest and the Bradenton Blues Fest on the downtown Riverwalk brings in talented artists and visitors. An annual film festival screens the best in cinema and brings in new and veteran independent filmmakers and stars.
